In a transformer, the constant loss such as iron depends on voltage and the other loss, the copper loss depends on current. And powerfactor has nothing to do in the transformer.
The above mentioned reason is why the transformer is denoted in kva and not in kw
Mystery of Ohms law
According, to ohms law V proportional I but, practically it not applicable. Why??
Ans: The main condition for ohms law is that the temperature should be constant. But, practically when current passes through a wire the temperature around the wire doesn’t be constant. That’s the main reason why ohms law is practically not applicable.
OHMS LAW:- UNDER CONSTANT TEMPERATURE, VOLTAGE IS PROPORTIONAL TO CURRENT.
